I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems accessing your loan account.

When registering your loan account online you will have to add your loan sort code and account number to locate your account.
You can find this information on your original loan letter or annual statement.

If you do not have these documents, can you please contact our loans department. They would be happy to help with this.
