Whenever I overpay my loan I get a letter through the post. Can I opt out of this, it seems such a waste and I really don’t want the letters.

To avoid letters in the post if you register for online banking, link attached, as you go through the process it will ask if you would like to go paperless and this will stop any paper communication.

Thanks for your response. I’m already registered for online banking, when I go into Paperless preferences it says

Annual statement

Always by post

Notice of variation

Always by post

We are unable to change your paper preferences for a loan account.

any ideas?
