when will my balance transfer go through?

    I recently opened a credit card account (5th feb) and requested a balancre transfer but it is still pending; when is it likley to complete?

    @Travis437 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you requested a balance transfer in your application, this should process within 3 working days of you activating your card. Have you activated the card yet? If not, you can find out how to do so here.

    If you have activated it and the transfer still hasn't processed, please call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
