Pay by Bank Account issues

    Every time I try to pay my Tesco credit card using the Pay by Bank Account option it fails to work. The way I am trying to do this is through the mobile app. It goes through all the stages and I get an alert from my bank saying that the payment has been authorised.
    It is very frustrating and I have missed payments because of this.
    Does anyone else have these issues?

    I have tried to pay my credit card using the pay by bank account option, but it hasn't worked AGAIN!
    The mobile app takes me through all the stages and I get an alert from my bank saying the payment has been approved, but it doesn't go through.
    I've had charges because of this.
    Has anyone else had this issue?

    I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing through the 'pay by bank' option on the mobile app. I would suggest you delete the banking app from your device and re-install it again. Also check if your device requires any software updates. Please let me know if you are experiencing any issues after trouble shooting.
