Purchase faulty at 10 months. £600 laptop. Student who can’t be without and returning to Uni, so despite contacting HP, had to take it local to fix screen falling off. HP would have done something at leisure but we do not have the luxury of time. Can I claim anything back via card for goods not up to standard should have been as have to foot the bill of new screen?
