My wife’s supplementary card seem to frequently get declined - we then try with my card and have no problems.

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you send a private message, we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card.

If there are no blocks or restrictions, it could be a problem with 3D secure which is the system used to verify the card for online purchases. If this is the case, you'll need to call us to resolve this.
