Online Banking/App

    When I logged into my app this morning it didn't automatically go to Face ID as usual - which was strange. Then, after entering my username and passcode and logging in, a message appeared saying something along the lines of 'can't show account information at the moment'.

    I have then tried to log into my account on the website via my mobile - for this option once I got through username and passcode it states 'Something has gone wrong. Sorry, we're unable to log you into Online Banking'

    Since tried on desktop and get the same thing.

    Last night I had problems with the verification when paying online - not sure if connected.

    I've tried updating the app - didn't work.

    I then tried to reload the app. This hasn't worked, needed a security code sent to my phone I then get a message - 'There's a problem sending a One Time Access Code to your phone. Use online Banking to check that the mobile number we hold for you is up to date.'

    Phone number is up to date.

    Anyone else having trouble?
