It won't let me increase my credit limit

    I recently received a letter telling me that I was eligible for a credit limit increase from £800 to £1100. My income has not changed, my credit score has improved slightly, but those are the only real changes to my circumstances. I have been offered 2 credit limit increases since I got the card in Feb 2024, and have applied for each one each time I receive the letter. Now, when I go to request my increase, the it wont let me click the submit button (i press it and nothing happens).

    Any advice would be very helpful. The only other change in my circumstances is that I no longer have a permanent address in the UK as I am out of the country travelling at the moment. Thanks!

    Are you experiencing the same error in the mobile app and Online Banking?
