    Hello,
    I paid my last instalment few days before the usual payment day,but this morning I realized that another additional payment is been taken through direct debit.
    I would like to know if any extra payment taken would be refunded on my account and how long it takes.

    If this was your last payment to settle the loan and you've overpaid, this will be returned to you automatically.

    If it was a regular payment and you still have an outstanding balance, please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm), and they'll be happy to help with this.

    Good Morning Christopher and thanks for your quick reply.
    So,I made an early payment 2 days before the direct debit (and this payment was the last the settle the balance to 0 ) and this morning I found the same amount taken from the Direct Debit as usual despite the balance on the app was already 0 and no more payment were required from Tesco.

    Anyway I believe is a mistake and as you said I wait for the refund,other I call the number provided from You.
