Credit card renewal

    I have been told I will get a new credit card by post. I have over 2 years left on my current credit card.

    I'm abroad so I can not get my new credit card for a few months.

    I do not want my current card to be unusable

    @Wattam Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! I'm sorry to hear about this situation you're in.

    It sounds like we've sent a new card as a security measure. This generally happens after a third-party merchant notifies us that they've had a security breach. This means your existing card will be stopped, I'm afraid.

    You will need to call the Credit Card team to arrange for a new card to be posted over to you. You can reach us from overseas on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and my colleagues will be happy to help.
