Paying a statement

    I’m very new to Tesco bank. I’ve recently paid my credit card bill and the transaction has gone through. However when I go to make payment i am still able to pay it again. How do I know if it’s gone through properly

    @Holls you can still pay your card it will go to minus then they ow you money just wait a day or 2 after you paid them the balance should go down and the transaction won't be pending

    You can still make a payment even if you have paid your account. To check it has gone through check your transactions on the mobile app or website. As long as the payment is made after your statement has generated and before your payment date you will not need to make another payment.

    Please note, the app and website will show what your minimum payment and balance is for your latest statement even if you have paid it, it does not deduct the amount you have paid. The amounts won't update until your next statement is generated with your new statement balance and minimum payment.
