Closing fixed term isa

    My daughter has an isa with Tesco but is unable to make withdrawals. She is travelling in Australia and needs to access some of the money, she is happy to move the savings to another Tesco savings product but doesn’t know how to do it as the account won’t allow her to move money. She is worried about ringing the 0345 number due to call costs, is there another way she can make contact and get support? I rang on her behalf but for security reasons, nobody was able to help me.

    I'm afraid your daughter will need to speak to our Savings team. Sorry for any inconvenience. It may be worth checking with her network provider to find out if there will be any additional costs.

    The contact number for are Savings team is 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm).

    I hope she gets it sorted.
