Hi I got an email saying that my money transfer introductory rate period is ending soon but there are no money transfers listed on my statement, only a balance transfer, and I don't remember ever authorising or requesting a money transfer, only a balance transfer. Is this just an automatic email that was sent because I was eligible for a money transfer when I opened the account or do they mean my balance transfer introductory rate period is ending? Thanks.

As you say it would be a message in case, you'd completed any 0% options on Money Transfers that’s coming to an end, they can come to an end prior to the Balance Transfer end date.
