I live overseas and I wish to close my account, my savings account currently has about 40 pounds in it. Please advise the best way to close the account , I have tried to phone several times with no luck.

I tried calling this number several times and no answer, I still have funds in this account about 40 pounds, please advise how to proceed, I have a Tesco card issued last year but I'm unable to activate it

thanks for your assitance, i dont have the Mobile App or Online Banking., to transfer the funds, as the account must be empty in order to close
