We have had the CC for several months and want to close the account, but you can only do this Online if the account is up to 14 days old. How do you go about closing a CC account when it is several months old. Seems daft that you can open it Online, but you cannot close it Online? Thanks for any help.

Any customer can close their account online via this form on our website.

The 14 days is in reference to your cooling off period, where if you have had the card for less than that then the closure would need to be done over the phone - in this case it would not apply to you and the online form should work fine.
