I am trying to transfer some money FROM my Tesco Credit Card to another interest free card.
Even though I am putting the correct details in, it keeps failing.
I have tried twice now and it still wont let me...although tesco are kind enough to charge me for both attempts.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

Hopefully we can try and get to the bottom of this but there is a bit more info we would need:

Which bank is it you have the new interest free with? and who/where is it you are trying to process the transfer from? (i.e on our app/banking or the other banks)

Hi thanks for getting back to me, I dont know what the actual issue was, but on the 3rd attempt it went through. No reason on the intial attempt for why it failed. I clocked up 2 x £1 charges for my efforts tho. Just trying to solve a problem with a credit card transfer that I didnt realise wasnt covered by the interest free offer (a previous card just let me do cc transfers and I got the deal). Chap I spoke to on the phone about it, wouldnt/couldnt fix it so I had to get a 2nd card... been trying to avoid it but must needs.
