I made a non refundable booking for a hotel stay. I had to change it due to government advice not to travel. That date wasn't suitable so I tried to change the date again. Booking.com told me that the best option was to cancel and that they would authorise that and waive the fees. Now I am not getting a response from booking.com or the hotel. The hotel say they did not authorise this and are refusing my refund.
