I've just opened a new Tesco Cash ISA and trying to deposit from my (non Tesco) current account. It keeps stopping me with this message:

We couldn't find an account with those details
Please check you have the correct recipient details

Any ideas, does it take time for isa to be active even although it's open?

Hi and thanks for your reply. No I didn't get that as I was already a Tesco Bank customer and I didn't see it in the welcome pack either. Strangely I discovered I can send from my current (linked) account to Tesco Saver and transfer it from there to ISA. Also I can send it from the ISA straight back to linked account no problem, did a test with £1
