I have an old account that I'm trying to regain access to but it allows me to enter my username and my passcode but then it states "something has gone wrong. Sorry we're unable to log you into online banking", anyone know how I can proceed?

I believe it is still active in some way based on the fact I can still enter my username and it accepts my security code, but then errors.
I think it only had a credit card account linked to it and if I remember correctly, as we never used the card, Tesco may have closed the credit card account. I was hoping to reactivate the account to open a savings account.
