why am i not eligible for a loan? i work for tescos and i am good at paying things back and i was directed here for a loan by work

Generally, you wouldn't be eligible if some of the information you have provided falls outside of our current credit policy for lending I'm afraid.
It's best to check with your Credit Reference agency for this, as we don't have access to that information here.
