I am trying to transfer funds from my main bank account to my club card pay+ account, but it says the account number doesn’t match the sort code or name. I have entered them exactly as they show on my card, and the app, and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

I'm sorry your having issues making transfers to the Clubcard pay +
I've attached a link that shows the process to make payments to the account.
