I took out a new credit card with Tesco, as part of the application I opted to do a balance transfer from Vanquis. All appears to have gone through on Tesco's side but Vanquis still hasn't processed it on their part. The money has definitely been added to my Tesco statement. I've been waiting for the process to conclude for approximately 2 weeks. Does this process normally take so long? Do I contact Tesco or Vanquis to chase the issue? Thanks.

Sorry that your Vanquis card hasn't reflected the transfer.
The first point of call would be with them if they could check your account and any reasons it's not been allocated. If they're unable to resolve, then if you contact ourselves and we will look into it further.
