i have done all i can uninstalled and reinstalled app twice, updated the app, cleared the cache...but everytime i open the app and click on my account the app crashes...this does it on my old phone and my new phone....and also on a hotspot...i now have no idea what to do, i have spoken to the support and they seem stumped as well...can anybody help ?

@markbsac Hi Mark, sorry to hear you're having issues with the app.
The issue is quite strange, we are currently not having any issues, generally, with our app or online banking. What type of phone is it that you have? -
samsung a35s and a30s samsung it has been working in the past fine to be honest...for some reason it now just crashes

@markbsac The app should definitely be working with those devices, especially the newer model. I have double checked and no new issued have been raised about the app. You will have to give our team a call on 0345 678 5678 (Weekdays 8 - 8 and Weekends 9-3) and they will be able to raise this with our IT team to investigate further.
In the meantime, you should still be able to access your account from the website instead logging in HERE using the same details as the app. -
@ConnorM hi thanks everything works fine on my pc and the internet...its just the phone app if i take a video of what happens where can i send it to so they can see exactly whats happening ?

@markbsac If you just give us a ring, one of my colleagues can raise this with our IT team and if it is something they need they can get in touch with you to request it.
