I write after being told to write a private mail, don't know if this is the correct place but have to admit your 'help' system is far from it.

Your respondent mis-understood my request. I am NOT complaining of missed statements where I might find this information, I have not used my card for nearly a year and have no debt with you - hence no statement to hand.

I just want to know what my APR will be if I start using it again. As an economist I occasionally compare all my financial commitments and at times re-arrange my borrowing. I AM NOT SEEKING A BALANCE TRANSFER.
