Why won’t my new Tesco Bank card work anywhere? I have received new cards, there is avaible credit but I am unable to use online , in the supermarket or at the bank. Please help.

If there are no blocks or restrictions, it could be a problem with 3D secure which is the system used to verify the card for online purchases. If this is the case, you'll need to call us to resolve this.
