It's absolutely nuts that I can't see a copy of my credit card agreement without asking for a third party to find it for me. Nevertheless, here we are. I have the banking app but I can't see the credit card agreement I originally signed. (Why not?) There's an Important Documents page but it has nothing in there. Is my card agreement not deemed important? I need a copy of it. Where may I access it?

Your Credit Agreement was posted along with your card when you opened the account. You can't access this online, I'm afraid. Sorry about that! However, if you send a private message, we'll arrange for another copy to be posted to you.
