Refund not credited

    On the 1st March my vouchers 3 vouchers worth 13.50 were not applied and taken off my grocery order payment, I contacted Tesco and was told that the money would be refunded to my credit card account. This would take up to 5 days to appear on my Tesco bank statement. To date 14th March, this amount is not on my statement.
    I have been an inpatient at hospital from7thMarch to11thMarch inclusive.
    I have spoken to Tesco today and they tell me that £13 was processed on the 1st March to appear on my statement within 5 working days.
    The missing 50p was said to be given to me as points.
    I was then referred to charge back to solve this problem. Help please

    I'm sorry to hear about this and I hope you're doing okay since leaving hospital.

    Sometimes refunds can take a little bit longer to appear on your statement, it just depends how it was processed. If you send a private message, we'll check to see if we've received it.
