I have called twice asking for statements that are not available on the app. The first time I was sent just the latest view, which was my fault as I should of been specific with dates. When I called to request a statement from specific dates, I was told yes they would send it out. However they had just sent the latest view out. Is there a contact on email I can message to ask for these statements? It is urgent as my solicitor needs full copies of them.
