Hi,
I found that even though I link my credit card to my clubcard, when I shop at tesco, I still get a notice that I am using two different clubcard. And I cannot collect points outside tesco purchase. I don't know how to check it on my bank account.

If you contact the Clubcard team directly, they'll be able to look into this for you and make sure the accounts are merged. You can find out how you collect points by spending on the card in and out of Tesco here.
