I have a new phone, my old phone has been sent back so I am unable to scan the code on my new phone to have mobile banking any ideas

As you no longer have access to your old device, please get in touch with the Technical Helpdesk and they'll be able to help. You can reach them on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
