I am in a dispute with a car dealer about a faulty car, i paid with my credit card. How do i start the section 75 claim process?

Thanks - will this affect a section 75 claim in any way, as I thought this was a more legally binding process? or will the dispute team decide the best process?

@asho2 That is correct. The Disputes team will look over the claim and pass it on to the Section 75 team if it meets that threshold. You can read more about this here.
