I have been trying to send funds to my Pay + account by bank transfer -manual top up - NOT EASY TOP UP
None of my banking apps - Natwest or Coop recognise my Sort Code & Account number
Why would this be happening, is it because I have just activated my card today and is there some sort of delay?

That's correct. Have you tried to top up using the 'Pay by Bank' feature via our mobile app?

I explained the Easy top is working
The manual top up is not

@pammystairs Apologies, I misread your original post. Yes, there can sometimes be delays before you can bank transfer. Sorry about that. In the meantime, if you use the 'Pay by Bank' feature you'll be able to top up the account that way.
