How can I cancel my Roundup without using a mobile phone??

If you don't have access to the mobile app to switch off the Round Up feature, then you'll need to call us. Do you have access to a phone to do so? If so, you can reach the team on 0345 835 6295.

Spent ages on the phone, only to be told it can only be cancelled using the app.
Perhaps Tesco might like to give me a phone so I can use it.

Their website and they can' cancel or delete something that they put on it.
What a shambles, thoroughly disgusted with this company.

@wallace47 I'm sorry to hear my colleagues couldn't help. The Clubcard Pay+ account is designed to be managed via the mobile app, I'm afraid. I appreciate this will be frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
