I have emigrated and cannot contact you.

    Hi. I closed my Tesco Bank credit card account some weeks ago, after emigrating, and I expected to get an email telling me how to settle my balance (about £40). No email arrived, and I can no longer access the account. I've spent hours on your website trying to work out how to contact you, without success. When I call phone numbers (with the UK country code) I either get an engaged tone or "Sorry, this number doesn't exist".

    I now live in Mauritius. Can someone please email me a link so I can settle the balance? Thanks.

    I've destroyed my credit card - number ends 6887 - and I can no longer be sure of being informed of mail sent to my former address in Bedford.

    Mauritius is four hours ahead of the UK.
