I've been away for nearly 2 weeks. Malaysia and now Thailand. My credit card has stopped working in Thailand. I dont know how to unblock it. Ive tried calling the international number on the back of my card but I currently have not enough credit to call. Is there an online method of contact?

I'm sorry to hear about this. The only way to unblock your card is by calling us, I'm afraid there is no other way around that. We're unable to remove blocks online for security reasons.
