My credit card is not working in Thailand, how do I fix it.

My credit card is working in shops etc in Thailand when I put the pin in but all online transactions are blocked. Even when inputting the sent pin and authorising through the app.

I still have 10 days of my holiday.

I have tried to contact the International helpline but I ran out of credit before I'd even finished my sentence. Is there a way of communicating with someone on line. Or is there a free number to call? Or can someone call me?

I have replied to your other thread regarding this issue. It doesn't sound like your card is blocked based on you being able to use it in-store.

If you send a private message, we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card online.
