I received and activated my card on Tuesday, I applied for a balance transfer when I applied for the card. It is now showing up in my Tesco card balance, but not on the card balance that I transferred from. Any idea how to check?

This can take up to 3 working days to process once you've activated your card, so it may be tomorrow before it fully completes.
If this timescale passes and it still hasn't processed, please call the Credit Card team and they'll check for you.
You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

Hi, turns out I inputted the wrong card number so it’s all bounced back today! Just waiting for my credit to go back into my Tesco account and I can do it properly, doh!
