I have two Giffgaff mobile phone debits of £8 each month... I've change sim cards and need to cancel these two direct debits. I am having great difficulty making contact with Giffgaff as password are sent by code and although I'm requesting them on each account the codes are not coming to my mobile.. Please cancel the direct debits so no further charges will be made against my account.. I have sent for two new sim cards from Giffgaff on a different contract and the d/d will be £10 each every month Please confirm and advise Regards
