I have recently opened a savings account and am receiving texts asking for a signature letter.
What is it and how do I get one.
I see from other customers this is a problem I have not received one in the post

The signature letter should arrive within 5-7 business days from account opening. Has that timescale passed?

@Baldockl I received a request out of the blue to return my signature letter, not been 5 business days yet, but thought I could handle all this online!

Yes I have and I have returned it.
