    I want to know if you can change your Direct Debit details yourself on the Tesco banking site and if so where?

    @Kirstya Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you have a Credit Card you can update the details through Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App, allowing you to change the account details or the monthly payment option (full balance, minimum payment, or a set amount).


    • Via Online Banking:
    • Log in to your Tesco Bank Online Banking.
    • Navigate to your credit card and select "Pay Credit Card".
    • Choose "Change or cancel Direct Debit".
    • Select "Change Direct Debit" and update your details.
    • Confirm the changes and enter your password.



    • Via Mobile Banking App:
    • Log in to the Tesco Bank Mobile Banking App.
    • Select your credit card and choose "Manage Direct Debit".
    • Follow the prompts to change the account details or payment amount.
