Hi how do I find out what my club card points balance is? Is a club card linked to my credit card?

You can find out how to check your Clubcard balance here.

If you contact the Clubcard team directly, they'll be able to make sure your accounts are merged. You can reach them here. If you scroll down to 'Clubcard and Clubcard Plus', you can call them or chat with them via WhatsApp.
