On the21st of march I requested a money transfer of 800 pounds it’s been paid into my bank twice I only wanted 800 pounds I have paid it back into account but wondered would I still pay transfer fee it was obviously my mistake and appolagise

I requested a money transfer on 21st of march for 800 pounds but somehow it must have been done twice I have paid the one balance transfer back into my account immediately I wondered if I would have to pay transfer fee if it was a genuine mistake

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you call the Credit Card team, they'll be able to look into this for you.
You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
