If I uninstall the mobile banking app from my phone will all transaction authentication revert to OTP codes via SMS text messaging?
Most transactions are fine but occasionally I'm asked to use the phone app which I don't like using.
I wouldn't have installed the app but a recent credit card application kind of implied I should do that.

If you call the Credit Card team, they will be able to update your authorisation preference.

You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
