New card issued 2 weeks ago

    I had to get a new card as myself and my partner split. However, this was ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and my new card still hasn't arrived. I'm getting really desperate now as I need to use my Tesco Credit card but can't. I have the long number across the front but don't have the card through so don't know my 3 digit security number on the back. What can I do.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You should have received the new card within 7 days, so I'm sorry to hear that it still isn't with you. If you call the Credit Card team, they'll be able to look into this for you.

    You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
