If you made a sole loan application, a replacement loan application or an additional loan application you should have received an email which lets you know the outcome and outlines the next steps in the process.

If you made any other type of application, or if you didn’t receive an email or the application has timed out, please send a private message and we’ll check the status of it for you.

You won't be able to register the account for Online Banking until the Loan has been processed.
