Hi there... I'm a brand new member asking a question for the first time, so please be gentle with me.
Has anybody heard of the timescales for fixing the new Tesco Credit Cards, which aren't recognising peoples Clubcards, so if you swipe the Clubcard at the checkout first then try to use the Tesco Credit Card the 'Computer Says No'.
PS - I now know that I don't need to swipe the Clubcard as well as use the Tesco Credit Card as it does it automatically.
Could it be that swiping the Clubcard first and then using the Tesco Credit Card confused the system?
I've been informed that there is an issue though with new Credit Cards not recognising Clubcards so I'm wondering if Tesco IT Dept. are on it and this is going to be resolved soon.
