Opened a fixed saver account and 4 days later received an email asking me to return a signature letter. However I haven’t received a letter. What can I do??

The letter usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

When did you apply for the Fixed Saver account?

@Joanne-D hi and thanks for your prompt reply. I applied on 20th, which I appreciate isn’t long ago but on receiving the email on 24th which referred to a letter and to ignore the email if letter already signed/sent back, made me think that I should have already received the letter. Will wait a few more days for it to arrive, and thanks again for your reply. Peter
