I am trying to transfer funds to a new ISA from my bank and it asks for Payee Full name. These details have always been supplied before, but not in Tesco welcome pack. I have sort code and account number, but my bank states payee name does not match. Have tried different variations of Tesco bank. Any advice?

It takes 48 hours for the confirmation of Payee to be set up for a new savings account. Has it been longer than 48 hours?

Thanks for the response. The ISA has been open for over 48 hours and I just need to add funds but need to know what payee name to put in. I usually just set up payees myself through my online banking app.

The Payee name should match the first and surname of the account holder for the ISA.
