I'd like to cancel an application it's still pending..can this be done?

You'll need to call to arrange this. You can reach the Credit Card team on

0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be able to help.

To speak to one of my colleagues regarding your application, please choose option 3 and then option 2 and you'll be placed in a queue, and we'll answer as quickly as we can.
