    Hello , I have contacted bank as I’ve had a change in circumstances. I have been asked to do an income/ expenses form . Told me it was on the app only o can’t find it anywhere . They have frozen my account to allow me 7 days to do the form although when I go on my acc it now says I’ve missed a payment even though it’s not due as yet ! Anyone point me in the right direction. Thank you

    In the main menu under 'help and support' you can access the Payment Help Centre. In the Payment Help Centre, you can:

    • Make a payment
    • Extend your payment date by 30 days
    • Complete a budget calculator to work out a repayment plan
